About the trial
Do we need a card to start?
No. Nothing is taken at registration and the trial does not convert into a paid plan on its own. If you want to carry on at the end of the month, we agree that separately.
What happens to our stock list?
It goes into your own isolated trial account and is used for nothing else. If you decide against the platform, we export it back to you and remove the account.
How much work is it to set up?
On your side, sending a stock list and telling us who needs access. We do the rest and come back to you within two business days.
Can the whole team use it?
Yes. Add the users and branches you want to test with, each with their own role. A trial that only one person touches does not tell you much.
What if 30 days is not enough?
Tell us. If you are mid stock take or waiting on a quiet month to test properly, we would rather extend it than have you judge the platform on a rushed fortnight.
